About Kings Forest

Welcome

A $4 billion contribution to northern NSW

Kings Forest is a $5 billion development in the heart of the Tweed Coast. It's the largest single investment in the region’s history and will deliver 4,500 homesites.

When complete, Kings Forest will house up to 11,000 residents.

Kings Forest is developed by Leda. It's a master planned community and will form an integral part of the fabric of the northern NSW region.

Over $5 billion will be contributed
to the local economy in the next two decades as a direct result of the large infrastructure and amenities network that will form part of the Kings Forest development.
Where is Kings Forest?
Kings Forest is close to the completed beachside suburb of Casuarina and just 15 minutes from The Gold Coast Airport.

It's located on Tweed Coast Road, adjacent to Kingscliff
and Casuarina, New South Wales.

The project has been in the pipeline since 1988 when the first re-zoning was gazetted.

Situated on a 869.3ha hectare site, Kings Forest will dedicate in excess of 22 hectares of open green spaces, including sporting fields, recreation areas and playgrounds.

A further 180 hectares of land will be dedicated to the NSW Government as environmental protection space as well as 200 hectares dedicated to local Council.
Koala Habitat
Over 70,000 trees will be planted for the preservation of the local koala population at Kings Forest.

A substantial amount of funding has also been provided for the preservation and expansion of the local koala habitat.

This will ensure all species are protected and conservation efforts are maintained.
Facilities
Kings Forest development plans include a state-of-the-art town centre and a new school.

The development will also forge an exclusive network of transport hubs, with dedicated bus routes and several kilometres of walk and cycle pathways.

Over the next 20 years, Kings Forest will see thousands of jobs created for locals.
